Our company's founder, Michael VanDercreek, is passionate about creating positive change for our clients through amplifying IT value. His background in the SME environment includes such dynamic, technology-driven industries as dot-com and software development. This experience has shaped his belief in the importance of efficient implementation of holistic solutions (people, processes, and tools) incorporating proven methodologies. He was also a forerunner in the technical certification training industry as a Certified Novell Instructor and Microsoft Certified Trainer, which has influenced his conviction in the value of personnel development. More recently, Michael has obtained the Project Management Professional certification and implemented the PMBOK standard in our company's processes. This last influence has greatly improved our ability to predict and measure earned value for our clients.
